Help with a Surname please Complete

Can anyone tell what this mans surname is ?

It is taken from the marriage cert of his 20 yr old spinster daughter Annie Swift. although his name is definately not Swift !!

The first letter is definately "S" looking at the writing on the rest of the cert.

Swatman or Sivatinan, which to me would sound possibly Persian etc.

Was marriage around Wolverhampton?  In 1863 a Richard Swatman is on same page as marriage of Mary Swift.  Perhaps Anne was a pre-marriage daughter, or her mother had been married before and Richard is actually step-father.

Thanks all Swatman was what I thought too. Just wanted a second opinion.

Thanks Nick for the marriage tip. The marriage of the daughter was in West Bromwich so it is in the right area.
