Completed - 1861 census look up - Thos. Davies

Hi

I wonder if someone would be kind enough to look up the 1861 census for a Thomas Davies and his wife Jane Clarke Davies. they had a daughter Margaret just before the 1851 census when they were living in  Morpeth Street in Liverpool.
Thomas was a block and mast maker in 1851 b. abt 1825 probably in Liverpool and Jane was b. in scotland also in 1825.
Very grateful for any help you can give as I cannot find what happened to this line of our family.

How wonderful - I had searched Free BMds & had no luck this is great!!
Very kind of you Heywood - I don't suppose I could ask someone to see where they were later on too - perhaps 1871 census? - or is that just greedy?

is free to view - same address and Robert still with Jane.

1891 - can't see Jane - you may have to check deaths- luckily same address

Actually I found her death in 1899 so she must have been somewhere else during the 1891 census:

Death from Free BMDs: Sep 1899 Davies Jane Clarke age:73  Epsom.(In County of Surrey)Vol  2a page 9.

Thanks very much for checking though. I found Robert's wife Helen Kate Haws from New Brunswick in the BMDs & then IGIs. She & her sister Alice were in Cheshire at a lodging house in 1881. their mother's family is well documented too in Canada & in America before that.
What a lot acheived in a very short time - thank you, thank you Heywood.

She must be well hidden in 1891- you could always get the death certificate if it was very important.
