can anyone figure out what the word between "sufficiently" and "from Balingery" in the attached marriage proclamation is?
I feel it should be "accepted" but it doesn't look like that to me

This is a friend's family not mine,s o I haven't any other details, but would be happy to pass on any information from relations to him.
