!891 address look up please

Trying to help a friend research the history of her house and wondered if anyone would be kind enough to do a 1891 census look up (we believe the house was built in the 1880s) The address is 21 Hartington Park, Redland which we believe would be in the Westbury, Gloucester district.

Haven't found the address in 1891, perhaps the houses were built after this date  Undecided

Anyone else find it?

Living at 21 Hartington Park in 1901 was a family headed by Thomas Cox, 43, Builder's Merchant
RG13/2370 folio 68 page 18.  They are living at a different address in 1891.
