The Deathe Family

Hi...I am seeking any information on the Deathe family. They were from around the Tinahely/North Wexford area.
William Deathe (1911-?), son of Thomas and Sarah, married a Mary Anne Lawless (1899-1977).
William had 2 brothers...John (1898-?) and Andrew(1900-?) and 4 sisters...Sarah (1903-?), Jane (1905-?), Frances (1907-?) and Mary (1909-?).
William and Mary Anne had 5 children...Patrick, Thomas, Sarah, Andrew and John.
John married Ann McGowan.
I'd be grateful if anyone can add to this information to expand the family tree.

I have found the most likely marriage

Thomas Death & Sarah Dalton
Registration District: Gorey
Date: Jan-Mar 1898
Voume 2 Page 753

The most likley birth for Thomas is

Thomas Death born 16-Jul-1872 Wexford Ireland
Parents John Death and Fanny Kilbride

This one fits the age and looks like Thomas first son was John and one of the children was Frances.

John Death married Frances Kilbride in 1857
Registration District: Gorey
Date: 1857
Volume 6 Page 107

In the 1911 Census the family are Catholic. But that marriage in 1857 would have being protestant so perhaps the wrong assumption that Thomas is the son of John Death and Fanny Kilbride. Or else at some stage the family converted to catholic.

John Death and Frances Kilbride lived in Coolgreany, Wexford which is around seven miles from where Thomas Deathe and Sarah Dalton are in 1911 Census.

The most likely birth for Sarah Dalton is
01-Feb-1871 Wexford daughter of Andrew Dalton and Sarah Quail (her age in 1911 Census may have being wrong which was usual)

Andrew Dalton and Sarah Quail married
1865 in Gorey Registration District
Volume 17 Page 825

Interesting i found this

"Group 12 - Daltons from Parish of Kilnahue, Annagh, Gorey, Co Wexford
Bernadette Walsh, a new member of the DGS from Gorey, Co Wexford joined us in Dublin. She has traced her Dalton line back to her great great grandfather, Andrew Dalton, born in 1825 in the Parish of Kilnahue, Annagh, Gorey. His father was a James Dalton and James’s father was a Lawrence Dalton. Andrew married Sarah Quail on 12 October 1865 and they had five daughters, the middle one, Sarah born 1 February 1871 is Bernie’s great grandmother"

This is Bernie Walsh here, i have been researching the deathe family tree for the past 20 years.

Just to let you know that John Deathe and Nan McGowan are still alive and well and living in Annagh.

Where do you come in this senario. I would love to add you to my tree. I tried to get up to date information about that side of the family from John but no go....

House of Wexford;

Ballinahallen, Enniscorthy.
During the 19th century the Deathes came into possession and in ca. 1900 sold to Robert Barber.

The Moyne, Enniscorthy
The Moyne was built before 1853 when Griffiths lists it as a Death property.
The Floods married in.
