The Berry Family (Gt Yarmouth)
« on: Saturday 31 October 09 19:50 UTC (UK) »

Hi All,

I am looking for anyone who may have been related to the Berry family in Gt Yarmouth.

My earliest Berry is Thomas Berry, B 1788 and was a rope maker. Married Mary Seawell.

He had a son, Rober Hendry Berry 1829-1875 who was a seaman and married Eliza Rattenbury

His Son, Willaim Berry 1857-1933 was a Master Mariner and married both Sarah Checkley and and Lydia Whiley.

My Great gran, Voilet Berry was born in 1900 to William and Sarah and I am very interested in her siblings and their families.

I know her siblings were Gertrude, William, Ernie, Hetty and Lillian (see below), along with many more from her father's other marriage.

I understand Voilet's sister, Lillian married a Francis Cryer and had 3 children, Dorethea (Dolly), Winifred and Jack. Dorethea, or aunty Doll as we used to know her, lived unmarried in Norfolk until she was 94.

If anyone can help me I would be very grateful.
