Hi, I am trying to trace John Roberts who married Mary Price in Brynford in 1853. On the marriage cert he states he lived in Bryneglwys and is a shop keeper. Evan Roberts a butcher is down as his father. I can't locate either of them so any help would be much appreciated. It is possible John had a brother called David as there was a David Roberts as a witness, and I know that the other witness was Mary's sister.

This looks like John at King Street, Mold Flintshire in 1851
Ref HO107/2501/621/30

Also in 1851 his parents at Casgin Highgate, Talybidwel, Merioneth (part of Bryn Eglwys Parish)
Evan ROBERTS, mar, head, age 45, dealer in pigs, born Bryn Eglwys Denbs.
Mary ROBERTS, mar, wife, age 45, born Bryn Eglwys Denbs.
Price ROBERTS, age 11, son, born Flintshire
Morris ROBERTS, age 3, son, born Bryn Eglwys
In 1841 the family are together at Ty Drau. Bryn Eglwys
