Completed - De-crease please & location?

Hi
Could I please request a crease removal on this photo. I know it was taken about 1951 as I'm in it along with my mother, both her parents and a lady I think may be my great aunt but I don't have a clue whose wedding it is or where my dad was on the day. It's a long shot I know but I'm wondering if anyone can identify the building  - it's more likely a Church than a Registry office and it will be either Bolton or Atherton in Lancashire.
Also could you please advise if I should post the photo on the Lancashire thread to have more chance of the place being identified or leave it here?
