I am descended from both these families and attempt to trace all the branches.
I came across a burial for a Dymock Allenby on Free Reg (Hurrah for FreeReg!) for Jun 1804 in Sleaford. He was a young man of 16.
I think it highly likely that he was a son Francis Allenby (1755-1822) and Jane Dymoke (1758-1850) who were married at Tetford in 1783.
If anyone spots anything to substantiate this, I would be greatful.

Oddly, the IGI has no baptisms for any of their children
Burials - both at Tetford 26 Nov 1822 Francis ALLENBY (67) 18 Feb 1850 Jane ALLENBY (91)
1841 ... Jane 80 was living with Samuel ALLENBY 55 and Ann 50 at Tetford.
1851 ... Sam 71 (Fotherby) and Ann 63 (Louth) still in Tetford
The good news is there were no ALLENBY burials at Sleaford.

I think Ann Allenby was Jane Dymokes daughter she married Samuel in 1825 in Tetford.
Most of the Allenby's returned to Fotherby for burial and find it odd that he was buried at Sleaford.
Someting will turn up one day.

Sorry lost the plot.
Dymock Allenby was buried there in Jun 1804 age 16 - on FreeReg.
I think you are on a logical route re the Tylers - I am going up to see Mum sometime this month and will try and fit in a visit to Leicester on the way and Lincoln Archives on the way back. I need to find more on my Ancestor Susanna Tyler too and look at the Osbournby Tylers to see if there any clues there.
Regards,
Jacky
