George Heald Yorkshire to New Zealand 1856

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help me find where George Heald came from?He travelled to New Zealand in 1856 on the "Lancashire Witch"the ship's report has him as"Heald George Private Yorkshire "he was in the 65th (2nd Yorkshire North Riding) Regiment of Foot  on 2 May 1855 & went to New Zealand to fight in the Maori Wars; arrived in Auckland, New Zealand on 'Lancashire Witch' (1386 tons) 1 Aug 1856 via Hobart, Sydney & Wellington .
He married Alice Glover in 1865 and died in Auckland New Zealand in 1906,

The marriage certs in 1865 didn't have parents listed the only info was

From 1854 – Marriage Act 1854 (Dated 1 January 1855)
Bride and Groom

When and where married
Name and Surname
Age
Rank or profession
Condition
Name of officiating minister (or Registrar)
When registered

Signatures

Signatures of bride and groom
Signatures of the witnesses
Signature of officiating minister (or registrar)

The extra info was added in 1880

the church records are still in the  Anglican archives here in New Zealand and I am waiting on them,I have the ITM which doesn't help

Hi All,
I have seen a copy of George's discharge papers from the 65th Yorkshire regiment and in it it states  birthplace was Doncaster.
