Charles Festorazzi from Italy

I am trying to find information about Charles Festorazzi who was living in Tunbridge Wells and was married to Charlotte.

The census of 1841 states that Charles was born in Italy.  I know that Festorazzi is an Italian name, but Charles is an English name.  Did he have an Italian father and an English mother?  Does anyone know how I can find out?

He was married to Charlotte in the 1841 census. (Also an English name)  I can't find a maiden surname for Charlotte.  Help!

Did they get married in Italy or England?
Why did they settle in Tunbridge Wells?
Was Charlotte from Tunbridge Wells?

Any information you can give will be a help.  Many thanks.

It's entirely possible he simply anglicised his first name, keeping his last name.
If you can't find the marriage, you should get a birth certificate for one of their children to find Charlotte's maiden name.

Now, looking at the 1841 census it only really says "Foreign Parts"; specific birthplaces weren't given.
However, 1861:
RG9/493 32/33
3 Railway View, Tunbridge Wells
Charles Festorazzi, 52, wine cooper, b. Italy
Charlotte, 46, b. Speldhurst, Kent
children b. Tunbridge wells: Henry, 12, Ellen, 9, Sarah, 7, Jane, 4

in 1871 Charles says he is born "Italy" and Charlotte gives her birth place as Tunbridge Wells.
