I have been on the Family search site in an attempt to locate my Grandparents. My problem is although I thought I had cross matched I think I have a problem. My Nan Lizzie Moran`s Film number,vol, page, digital GS number are the same as My grandads but the image numbers are different Lizzies is 00409 and grandads is 00417!!! Is this how it works or have I got the wrong match? Can anyone help me? Please.

The details from the index you need to match are year/quarter, registration district, volume and page numbers all other details are LDS items and should NOT be included when ordering certificates.
