Maximum Byte-size:  500 KBytes.     Images over 500 KB cannot be posted.
Maximum allowed width: 1000 pixels     wider images will automatically be resized.

how in very plain English do i do this please

i have an image resizer

Hi Sylvia,

Don't worry about the image width of 1000 pixels, the Rootschat server will automatically shrink things to this size when you try to post anything larger.

For guidelines on how to reduce the file size to below 500kb, see this topic:
