Thank you very much for the information.
It is potentially useful, as Fartown and Longwood are both places where coal was being mined at that period, and Thomas was a collier, according to an Almondbury baptism of 1734 when he was working at Longley Hall. (If only all vicars had been such sticklers for detail as Edward Rishton!)
