Can anyone help me to understand the term 'Upper Race' in relation to a village such as Panteg?  Also 'Mountain Level'?

Many thanks
Jonathan

Hi Jonathon
To confuse matters there is also a Lower Race, if you google Upper Race there is plenty to read on The Races.
