I don't know if it is the same Elizabeth Rowe but I have one in my wife's family who was baptised on 21 July 1811 at St Hilary. This was before Marazion had its own church and most baptisms were performed at this nearby village church. Eliza(beth) was the daughter of Perran Rowe and Mary Dunne.

Regards

 Hi Wayne

Not sure about this one, I sort of thought that the Elizabeth Rowe bp 21 Jul 1811 is the woman who ended up living (no record of marriage) with William Grenfell of Madron. On later censuses she gave her birthplace as St Hilary, this coupled with her age led me to believe she was the one. BUT it isn't 100% certain.

As you can see from the list below Prisk is a St Hilary name.

45. WILLM. PRISK - International Genealogical Index
Gender: Male Christening: 08 SEP 1751 Saint Hilary, Cornwall, England

 46. WILLIAM PRISK - International Genealogical Index
Gender: Male Christening: 25 JUN 1797 Saint Hilary, Cornwall, England

 47. WILLIAM PRISK - International Genealogical Index
Gender: Male Christening: 27 MAR 1825 Saint Hilary, Cornwall, England

There is also a marriage of a Thomas Prisk and Elizabeth Guy in St Hilary 4 Mar 1807 so they could well be the parents of William. It would be worth a look at http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~hughwallis/IGIBatchNumbers/CountyCornwall.htm

and the Genuki page for St Hilary (just search for Genuki St Hilary) and the page should come at the top of the list

There is also a St Hilary website at http://sthilaryrecords.tripod.com/index.htm
