Burial search for St Marys, Rawmarsh
« on: Tuesday 03 November 09 21:24 UTC (UK) »

Hi, assistance required, I'm not sure if I've done this correctly, but I'm trying to find information on 2 burials in St Marys in Rawmarsh, Rotherham. I've read a posting informing people who require a search to state the following. I'm looking for a William Nadin Silkstone who was buried I think on the 15th Dec 1872, also Sarah Anne Silkstone died Jan 1904.
Many thanks

Hi,

On the National Burial Index there is a record of a burial of a William Silkstone on 5th Dec. 1872 aged 37 at St Mary's. Rawmarsh.  There is a 2nd entry for William Silkstone exactly as above except instead of St. Mary's it says High Street Cemetery, Rawmarsh.

Is this the information you wanted?  I can't find an entry for Sarah Anne Silkstone.
