Hi, I have Elizabeth Stanley bn 1824 Leicester. Elizabeth mrd John Truswell Baraclough bn 1822 Nuneaton, Warks. I think Elizabeth was his second wife. Would like to know more about the Stanley Family, can any one help, please? Regards Bullamore

Did she marry in 1869 and John died 1870???

Do you have marriage cert???

I have found John with his 1st wife

Had Elizabeth been married previously??

Hi Suz, I found Elizabeth Stanley on GR. There was no marriage date for John and Elizabeth. John Baraclough did died in 1870 in Hinckley, Leicestershire. John Baraclough mrd Sarah Ann Billings, no marriage date either with them. I think I have the right father for Elizabeth Stanley, who was Abraham Stanley c. 1790, Hinckley, Leicester. Possibility for Thomas - although can't see him after 1851 (there is a Thomas a year or so younger b Twycross leicester - but he is not the correct Thomas)
