Richard Henry CLAYTON of Wicklow?

I am trying to locate any information relating to the family of RICHARD HENRY CLAYTON born abt. 1790 in Co. Wicklow.
It is possible he had a sister called JUDITH CLAYTON of similar age.
They were not catholic and I am wondering just where do I start looking for this family.

Any help very much appreciated.

Please here are Richard's children also born Wicklow.

MARGARET abt. 1824, ANN 1827, JOHN 1830, JAMES 1833, ARTHUR 1837.

I don't know who their Mother was......All children born Co. Wicklow.
