Looking for information William Ayers & Isabella Powell

I have just found out that William Ayers & Isabella nee Powell 4x great grandparents. This was on a death certificate for their son James Ayers born approx 1834. James Ayers migrated to NZ in 1859, he married Charlotte Clements in 1856. On James Ayers death cert it states that his father was a hotel keeper. If anyone has any information on the above I would appreciate it.

What information is given on the couples' marriage certificate? What was James' occupation?

Marriage:  01 SEP 1856   Saint Martin In The Fields, Westminster, London

Westminster parish registers are held at Westminster Archives and are not part of the Ancestry digitalisation project for London parish registers held at the London Metropolitan Archives and Guildhall Library.

People poured into London from across the whole country and from Ireland at a steady rate, so marriage in the city doesn't mean a person was born there or would be found in the city on the 1851 census. Does James' death certificate state his place of birth as London?
