Looks like William Ambrose died early as I cant find the family in 1901 Census. (see below with###)
There is an ADA Willis a boarder in 1901 in an Industrial School. She is born c 1894 Mangotsfiled where all other children in 1891 are born.

There is also a birth and death of William Ambose Willis in 1892 aged 0.
