James Allan and Janet Smith
« on: Friday 06 November 09 08:07 UTC (UK) »

I am looking for any details for James Allan and his wife Janet Smith.Their children include Janet, William,Catherine,James,John,Jane,Alexander,George,Robert,Peter,Walter and Helen. (Thatwould have kept them busy!!)
James died in 1870, in Monquhitter and Janet in 1878 also in Monquhitter.
I can't find any record of where they might be buried. Any suggestions?
(Alexander was my gg grandfather, transported for cattle stealing in 1843.)

Hi Roger

Just putting up a link to your previous post www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,416235.0.html so that people don't repeat any searches that have already been done.

Is it specifically burial info you are after for James and Janet?
