Help please - tracing Arthur Flint 1881 in Chesterfield to 1901 in Mansfield.

I have Arthur Flint age 9 with his parents Joseph and Ellen living at Prospect St. Newbold, Chesterfield in1881.
I have Arthur in 1891 at the same address, now aged 19. No parents arround and he seems to be looking after his siblings.
I have Thomas Arthur Flint age 29 in 1901 living at 22 Titchfield Street, Mansfield with his wife Louisa and 2 children. This one is definitely mine but how can I prove or disprove that they are all the same person?

Do you have the marriage cert confirming his father's name?

(added: I had a quick look and can't really see another likely candidate I must say. also there's no birth matching birth registration for a plain Arthur Flint).
