Hello everyone,
Like so many of us, I have my tree going back to Shadrach Boswell c. 1755. Does anyone know who his Parents or Sibling were? I seem to have come to a dead end.

Zach's Daughter Kate Boswell c. 1853 Plumstead Common Kent was my Grt Grandmother. Her elder Brother was Levi Boswell the renowned Horse Breeder and Dealer c. 1847 born Leicestershire

hi there
my boswell line is apparently from Romany Gypsy Lineage too.
so far i have got as far back as: William Boswell b1816 in Wick, Worcester married to Jane Teale
I am trying to get further back, but I live in New Zealand and its hard to find any information on them, especially when I cant afford to pay for the information.

I see there is a record for William Boswell in the free 1881 Census. (You probably already have it)
William Boswell Head age 67 b. 1814 at Wick Worcs
Jane Boswell Wife age 65 b. Cropthorne Worcs.
Jesse Yates Dau. age 31 b. 1850 Little Comberton Worcs.
Amy G Yates Grd Dau age 8 b. 1873 Womith Lancashire
Ernest S Yates Grd Son age 4 b. 1877 Chesterton Staffordshire

We have been told that we are from Romany Gyspy descent, but havent found where yet.

hi all,
I am led to believe that plato boswell born 1822 in worcester is the brother to zac and levi. i have been researching this line as plato boswell married miselli lee who is sister to my x grat grand father sampson lee.in 1851 plato and levi are living along side each other, and in 1861 levi and zac are also living alongside each other. in 1861 plato for some reason changes his name to william boswell and can be found living alonside sampson lee who would be his brother in law, also that sampson married an arthena who i am led to believe is sister to plato,zac and levi.
