I have the following address that id like help identifying where it was and what type of institution it was please

type in "rothwell union in search box,,,then hit the top search result,,,,it  then describes the old workhouse,,then further down the new workhouse,,which is the one you are interested in.

Just found a lad im interested in Service Record from Great War he was KIA his medals etc sent to mum at this address.
