I am doing my best to help but you need to assist as well. The information you wish to find has to be searched for but in order to do so you need as much information as possible to start with. The questions I've asked you are so that we can help you find the information you are looking for.
You want to find Michael's birth details- I've given you the link to civil registration index so that you can order his birth certificate. Having his age/approx. age from the 1911 census will make it easier to find him in the registration index. When you get his birth certificate it will list the exact date and place, parents names and father's occupation (unless illegitimate, in which case mother's name only), name of informant and date of registration.

Kimacanogue is in the registration district of Rathdown, and based on his age at marriage I see only one close match for a birth of a Michael Fisher around the right time on the civil index :
Name: Michael Thomas Fisher Registration district: Rathdown Record type: Birth year: 1877 Volume: 17 / Page: 883

Three years off from age on marriage certificate but could be the correct one. Unfortunately that birth doesn't appear in IGI to check father's name so it's a matter of deciding whether or not to order the certificate or wait until 1901 comes online in a few months to see if the family can be found in Ireland.

That Michael Thomas birth/baptism is listed on the IFHF database - and unfortunately does not match with father's name of John.
The baptism is listed in the RC parish of Bray, which would have included Kilmacanogue.
