Can anyone help me please.
I am trying to find a record of the marriage between
John Edward Hamilton, and Elizabeth Catherine Tigg
Elizabeth was born in 1905 and have found birth record
Johns birth is not known, believed to have been born in Scotland.
i know that Elizabeth Catherine Hamilton remarried in 1961 to Alfred G Puttock and have found this record.
However it is the marriage between John Hamilton and Elizabeth Tigg that I am interested in. I have searched everwhere but cannot find it

Elizabeth was born in Guilford Surrey 1905.
I have looked on scotlands people but can't find a marriage there either.

Not sure if I am correct here but did they have two children one born 1926 Farnham and teh other 1930 Dover?
I have not mentioned any names as it is too late to be certain whether they are alive or not.

They had three children
we know the three names they are my father deceased b 1930 Dover
my aunt alive born 1926 Farnham
my uncle, my dads younger brother deceased whose birth and death we cannot find.
Due to an estranged marriage we know very little about my grandfather.
My grandmother appears to have taken the name of Puttock prior to the marriage in 1961 to Alfred Puttock as the listing shows her as Hamilton or Puttock.
