Well, the shape of her face is similar, and her eyes - definitely related but not sure if same lady.

I'm not usually so decisive when it comes to these, but I thought it looked like the same person straight away. It's hard when there's such an age difference but they certainly look alike.

Thanx Pels I do hope they are... will solve a problem for me...

here they are with images swopped around  if it is who I think then she was born in..  approx 1888

so would mean 1st pic approx 1900's
the 2nd pic was taken around 1940  which would put her in her 50's..

1st. picture she looks about 14/15 which would put this 1903ish which looks about right for her clothes style.
2nd. could be anywhere in 1940's -50's but not the war years as there's no antiblast tape on the windows,she looks about 60 in this one.
I would agree the same person as they do look similar & the timeframes are right.
