How do I get a copy of Private Bill

Please can any one tell me is it possible to get a copy or transcript of a Private bill (Divorce)from the Canadian House of Commons.  What is the best way to go about this?

There is an address to write to at this link.  It also states that there was a provision to advertise in the paper where the parties resided the details of why the marriage was failing.  I'm assuming you're interested in a divorce in Toronto 1928 from a previous thread on this forum.  If so the pay site Pages of the Past (Toronto Star) might have something useful in it.

I found what I wanted in a copy of the Canada Gazette (in this case Dec 1927) searching for an issue at
http://www.collectionscanada.gc.ca/databases/canada-gazette/001060-100.04-e.php
