Walter CAREY - Warminster, Wiltshire

I am trying to find a baptism and the parents of a Walter Carey who was buried at St Denys, Warminster on 26 April 1847, aged 87. He married Betty Summerell at St Denys on 2 February 1790. Betty was baptised in Steeple Ashton, Wiltshire on 5 February 1769 and was buried at St Denys on 12 November 1829.

Walter may be an alias. There is, for example, a William Carey baptised at Corsley on 21 June 1759. Could Walter and William be the same person?

Can anyone help?

Are you aware of the Walter Carey age 80yrs on the 1841 Census birth yr given as 1761 Wiltshire

Yes, I have previously seen that entry. That Census entry and his marriage and burial records are all I have on him.
