I am researching the above.  I have found John Gough aged 40, Nicholas Gough aged 19, and John Gough Jnr aged 16 on 1911 census residing at 6 Victoria Place Great Howard street Liverpool.  However am unable to find the family on the 1901 census.  There should also be another son James, probably older than the other two.  I do not know the name of John Gough's deceased wife.  I had found a marriage for John Gough in 1891 to a Rose Brady however they appear together on 1901 census without any children and I cannot find the children separately on 1901 census .  Help!!!

if it`s a possibility,look for them in 1901 census to see if children are with them...this marriage and the one to Rose Ann Brady are on

the only John Gough I can find for the right birth year to match aged 16 on 1911 census is
John Gough b mar qtr 1895 PRESCOT 8b 711
Prescot is on the outskirts of Liverpool...try and see if the family are in Prescot in the 1901 census...allan
