Death , Elizabeth Jayes

I'm looking for a death for Elizabeth Jayes some time between1851 - 1861

Elizabeth is in the census aged 28 in 1851 (mistranscribed as JONS), living in St Margaret's, Leicester.

Her husband John and daughter Sarah are shown at Neale St, St Margaret in 1861 and John was a widower.

I can't find Elizabeth's death on freeBMD and wondered if anyone else could track it down - many thanks!
