Denham? Street, Leicester

Hi,

Does anyone know where Denham Street was, in Leicester? I have a family of Frosts (father John, mother Elizabeth, daughter Sarah, (grand)son Richard and grandson William) living there in 1851, but cannot locate the street.  I think it was in the Wharf Street area, going by family relationships, but can't find it on maps.

Any suggestions?  :-)

Denham Street.....

If you have a A ~ Z of Leicester...Page 9. (H3)

Denham Street ran off Christow Street
Going northwards...It was the 1st. left after Manitoba Road  on Christow Street......

It's now part of Christow Street flats....Just before Toronto Close on the modern map......

My family lived at 65 Denham / Denman Street Leicester in 1881!

1892 was living at 14 Granby Avenue Leicester before marrying the husbands address was 45 Prospect Hill, Leicester and then they moved to  14 Olive Street Leicester ! i have posted a look up on here i.e what was 14 Olive Street as i can't find it ont he map adn so therefore assume it does not exist.
