Evison Way Somercotes--Origin

Can anyone help trace the Origin of Evison Way in Somercoats.  The name is from my ancestory and I believe named after a great aunt Mirian Evison who married a builder by the name of Cockin or Cockins...Any help would be greatly appreciated..
