We are trying to locate relatives that have emigrated to Australia or may have even been born over there.

If you have any connections to the surname of Cottingham or Bright, which where originally from Coningsby, Lincolnshire or St. Ives / Needingworth, Huntingdonshire, then I'd like to hear from you.

If you search for the name Cottingham at the national archives
www.naa.gov.au

there are about 60 finds. They are mainly war records but there are also some immigration records. Some have been digitised so you can see the details online.
