I am looking for any information on James Elkanah F. Tyler b.1868 in Bedford but living with his wife Lilian Martha in 1911 in Ridgmound Guildford Warwicks Beach, Surrey, England. The 1911 census has:
Tyler James, head, married, 43, grocer, Potton Bedfordshire
Tyler Lilian Martha, wife, married 4 years, 1877, Lewes Sussex
Tyler Dorothy Margaret, dau, 3, 1908, Shalford Surrey
Stone Clara, servant, single, 19, 1892, Brixton London

Wow, thanks
I wasn't sure if they were still in business together. They took over their fathers business and did very well so I guess they went their separate ways after all. Does anyone know where these documents would be kept.

Does anyone have any information or photos about "Tyler's Stores" situated at 201 & 203 High St Guildford and 7 Guildford Park Road or what happened to the James Tyler family after the 1918 dissolution of the business.
