Can any one tell me how to reduce the size of the animated gif in my profile, please?

You would need either
1. a graphics program that supported animated gifs and reduce the physical size of each frame

or

2. an animation program that would do the above reduction.

while many graphics programs will load the gif file if they do not handle animations as seperate frames the result is a static image.

I used "scale image" in my image editing program (the program I use is called "The Gimp"), then save as animation.

I had forgotten about "The Gimp"  Roll Eyes

The windows version of the installers is available from http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/ a free download

other versions can be found if you do a search on Google as "The Gimp"
