I am seeking information concerning :
James BEATTIE  b abt. 1811 in Urr. He was a shoemaker.
He married 26.5.1838 in Urr,  Mary WELSH, ch 1817.
I would love to be able to trace the parents of James.
Mary WELSH  -  parents were John Welsh and Mary McNaught.
                            Dates unknown.
James and Mary had 9 children.

Janet   b abt 1839  in Urr
Margaret b abt 1841 in Urr
Mary b abt 1843 in Urr
John b abt 1845 in Urr
Hellen b abt 1851 in Urr
Jane b abt 1853 in Urr
Jemima b abt 1855 in Urr
William b  14.3.1857 in Dalbeattie
Elizabeth  b  23.1.1859    (My G/Grandmother) in Anworth.

I would appreciated any help in tracing down the parents of James BEATTIE.   Thankyou    Anne
