Scobbie,Michael c1738 Airth

I am seeking futher info on Michael Scobbie born c1738.He was a famer in Stirling.
In Jan of 1763 he married Janet Thomson in Airth Stirling Scotland.
I do have 7 known children born to this couple.The last child,Agnes ,is who I am descendant from.

To follow up my previous messages, I thought that I would also tell you that my parents had friends in Australia called Spottiswood. 

Unfortunately, I don't know much about their family, other than they were Scottish and Bill grew up in China as his father was an engineer, I think, and was stationed there in the early part of the 1900's.  It is not a very common name and so I thought you may be interested.
