Which ever way the name is spelt is unimportant.As even in one family alone,it has been spelt different ways,give or take a letter or so,or,twist them.
I am seeking further info on WILLIAM SPIER born c 1770 and he married Anne Fender in Aug 1793 in High Paisley,High Church,Renfrew,Scotland.
William's fathers name could(?) have been John and the mother Jean........
William and Anne appear to have had 8 known children,all born in High Paisley,Ren Scot.
Would be interested in any families connected to these folks,
