CALLAGHAN family in Loughborough

I am seeking information about the family of David & Fanny Callaghan (maybe spelt Callahan or Callagan or any of those with one L) in 1841, 1851 and 1861, probably resident in Loughborough.

David & Fanny were married in 1846 and at the time were resident in Ashby Square and Ashby Road respectively.  In 1849 when a son James was born, they were resident in 'The Rushes'.  In May 1861 they were living in Ashby Square.

Also in Loughborough, a James Callaghan (possibly David's father) died in 1843 and a Catherine Calahan died in 1839. 

Information about any of the above and their families prior to 1871 would be much appreciated.

So it looks like James is the brother or relative to David (Senior.)
