Before 1850 Goosey came under Stanford in the Vale. (lucky you, I got those ones yesterday)
Baptisms at Stanford in the Vale 1829 - 1850
15/3/1834 William Bint, s John & Mary, lab, Goosey
29/5/1836 Elizabeth Bint (as above)
18/11/1838 John Bint (as above)
5/1/1844 Thomas Bint (as above)
22/7/1847 Sarah Bint (as above)
Checked for John and Mary's marriage in Stanford in the Vale, but no luck. Sorry.
I have got the transcripts for Faringdon baptisms, so when you find Mary's maiden name, I can look for her baptism etc. (if you like)

Just checked my records, and I think our trees join up!!!!!!!!
Sarah Bint's sister, Elizabeth married William Dawson. She died aged 35 in 1869 at Goosey.
I can bring you up to date on that line. If you would like that info please mail me direct.
