PMs

Hi

Just wondered why, when I log on and get a message saying I've got a new PM, and asking me if I want to open it in a new window, when I click 'yes', it doesn't actually open a new window.  Just a glitch or something wrong at my end?

cheers

Paul

Well, yes, it always happens.

BUt I just click cancel and eventually click on the messages line.

Guess I'm just long-suffering and take what comes!

If you have a pop-up blocker, then the new window will not appear.

Thank you Trystan for the explanation.

I'll keep the pop-up blocker!

Cheers,

Thanks Trystan - Like JAP, I'll keep the pop up blocker anytime!
Good to know the reason though!

Depending which pop up blocker you are using you should be able to designate Rootschat as a trusted site which would allow it to open seperate windows.
