Would it be possible to lookup

John BANKS, died 21 August 1931 and buried at Rookwood Cemetery (Presbyterian), the following day.

There's a John Banks 16/12/1941 age 60 but nothing for 1931. Anymore details? Is John definately the correct name?

There probably isn't a headstone.

John BANKS, male, 65 years, not married, tinsmith, born Darlington England.
Son of Daniel BANKS and Grace BAIN.

I'll have a look in the SMH for a death notice.
