ancestry problem again!!!

Now ,  i cant even get in to ancestry. Asking for my username and password, even though i had just used it. Cant find it anywhere. So clicked forgot your password link and entered my email, it says we have sent you an email with links to new passwords options.

Not had any emails in the last 20 minutes!!!

Did it again, still nothing.

Any ideas,

this happened to me when i first joined - i never log out now - too risky.

mine just suddenly fixed itself - never did get a response from ancestry.

I think it might be ntl. The service status page says had problems with receiving emails. Says its fixed. But what was happening was no error messages and delays before getting them. Thats exactly what i have.

Didn't log out, but deleted cookies.
