1851 Berkshire Census - Banting

I have Sophia Mildenhall marriage to Charles Banting 1853 St. Lawrence Reading. Sophia is in the 1851 Berkshire Census in Englefield. Charles Banting was born in St. Ebbe Oxfordshire. Found in the 1841 Oxfordshire Census but not in the 1851. I think he is probably in Berkshire 1851. Can anyone please help with his whereabouts. Possibly Reading, possibly, Englefield. Charles occupation is Cordwainer. Charles age in 1851 would be 24 yrs. Thank you.
