Help. I have the birth record of a Arthur John Keyte born Kensington London 1897 Recorded on the census of 1901 as living at Ross Road, Hereford aged 4 years. Cannot find a death or marriage record or anything.
Where can I go now?

There is an Arthur John KEYTE who died WW1 but, sadly, no next of kin or age given. Given his age, yours would have had to enlist had he not had a reserved occupation so could that be him?
I was just beginning to think that the WW! would have been possible he would have been 18 years old and his younger brother Cornelius did enlist at 17 years old Where would I find WW1 records ? As Cornelius was taken a Prisoner of War would like to trace this as well.

It might be worthwhile checking out the local war memorial where he/they was/were born/lived and also the local archives/main library to see if they have any info on WW1 soldiers from their locality ie. rolls of honour, news clippings etc..
Also try asking for a look up in the "Soldiers Died" CD - sometimes that has info that the CWGC don't.
