I know that they had children Martha,Stan,Kate,Edith,Bertha,and Thursa who was born 1896.

Hi

There's a family by the surname of BINT in Goosey 1901 census - Charles & Ann with a daughter Thurza age 5.  Other children Thomas, Bertha, Margaret, Alice, Dorothy, Victoria.  Don't suppose it could be them?

I have the transcripts of the parish records for Goosey, BUT can't find any family mambers with the surname Nancy.

If you can provide any more info, I'll certainly try to find them.

Silly me perhaps  Huh

I was looking for surname PRIOR when perhaps it reads "prior to"  Huh

I assumed Nancy was the pet name for Ann  Huh

Phil, what is the surname Huh

The surname is Bint.

The problem Phil is having is that I have found a family of bints in Goosey which are related to me  as follows:

Charles b. 1853 (father)
Ann (wife)
Edith b. 1880 (daughter)
Elizebeth Ann  b.1879 (daughter)
Bertha N b. 1888 (daughter)
Dorothy M b. 1899 (daughter)
Margaret b. 1891 (daughter)
Thomas b. 1882 (so)
Thursa b. 1895 (daughter)
Victoria b. 1890

All of the names match phils names but he has been told that the father and mother where Jacob & Ann which is why he is looking for a family with the names Jacob & Ann
