After having applied for a RootsChat WebSpace. 
Then proceeding to create the website, which takes time to create and include the information we wish to include, especially at a busy time of year.  We now find that we are running out of time, to complete the website and then upload. 

Having read the 'Terms Of Service' as stated in No: 7 -
"Your page should be active - that is, it is either receiving 'hits' or is being 'updated/posted to'.  Sites that either receive no hits or are not updated over a period of 60 days will be considered inactive and may be removed by RootsChat WebSpace."

Does this 60 days timespan still apply if we have not initially begun to upload our Web pages?

If we find that the WebSpace has been removed, what is then the procedure in having the WebSpace reinstated? 

Hope you can accommodate us!

Hi Jeanette,

Welcome to RootsChat !

Trystan (he's Admin !) will be able to tell you for sure, but I think the operative word is "and may be removed".

I'm sure that as he knows you are working on it, there shouldn't be a problem.

But if you want to get around the "or are not updated" bit, why not just add a few lines to the index.html to tell everyone what's coming !

That covers you, I think !

Jeanette,

We are not deleting inactive websites right at the moment - but we may introduce it inthe future. The terms of service are there to allow us to do this if we find in the future that we have a great deal of users who have not touched their site in three months.
