Can anyone help me to find a reference in Local newspaper for Allenton Derby, September 1970 to December 1980.

It will be an article about a Chair being dedicated at Allenton Salvation Army Corps in memory of a Major Raymond Walker who died in a car crash in August of 1970. (my Father).

Can anyone help?
